Sia Leone Boutique Shipping Policy

Due to the handmade and nature of our work, the processing times are as stated below.

3-6 business days (ready made waist beads and products)

7-9 business days (made to order waist beads)

Up to 10 business days (custom orders)

Please note that products can and usually will be processed much faster than the time periods stated above, and during sales and holidays it may take just a little longer (4-7 business days). Business days exclude the weekends and holidays.

We believe in customer satisfaction. If you have any issues or concerns please contact us. We reply to emails promptly.

We reserve the right to extend processing time when necessary. In such cases, we will notify you of the processing delays.

Please let us know of any allergies you may have based on the materials we use.

We warrant all products we make for 30 days. This warranty does not include damages caused by accident, wrong size orders, damages due to using while showering or working out, wear and tear as well as any issues resulting from the wearer’s fault.

** Please measure yourself correctly before placing all orders.**

Returns

Due to hygiene and nature of our products there are No refund or exchanges in general available once product is shipped.  If items are received in a damaged state or the wrong item is shipped we will happily exchange it. Please email sialeoneboutique@yahoo.com in this case. There will be no shipping fee to ship it back.

We are not responsible for products that read delivered on the USPS tracking information or products that were misdelivered due to lack of correct or complete address. A claim can be filed with the United States Postal Service.

If your package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address there will be a reshipping fee to ship it again.
